Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information this website collects, how Eric Pineda uses it, and the choices you have. I'm a licensed independent insurance agent (NPN 22238781) based in South Florida, and I keep this simple on purpose.

What I collect

• What you give me on the quote form: your first name, mobile number, state, the type of coverage you're interested in, and the best time to reach you.
• Your consent record: when you check the consent box, I save the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you were on, so I can show that you opted in.
• Basic technical details: your IP address and browser or device type, which are collected with the form to help prevent spam and fraud.
• If you call, text or email me: whatever you choose to share, along with the phone number or email address you contact me from.
• Campaign source: if you arrive from an ad or a link that carries a campaign tag, I may note which one, so I know what is working.

Please don't send medical details or other sensitive health information through this website. If we work together, I'll go over health questions with you by phone, and any application is completed with the insurance carrier through its own process.

How I use it

• To contact you about the quote or information you asked for, by phone, text or email.
• To compare options from the carriers I'm appointed with and follow up with you.
• To keep records of your request and your consent, and to meet my legal and licensing obligations.
• To protect this site from spam and misuse, and to understand which pages and campaigns work.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box, you agree that I may call and text you, including using automated technology, at the number you provided about insurance quotes and services. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help, or call or tell me directly and I'll stop. Your mobile number and opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only in these situations:

• Service providers that help run this site and my business, for example the companies that host the website and store and deliver the form submissions (such as Cloudflare and Google). They may use your information only to provide those services to me.
• Insurance carriers, when you ask me to get a quote or apply for coverage for you.
• When the law requires it, such as to respond to a legal request or regulator, or to protect against fraud.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when a page loads. If I add analytics or advertising tools in the future, I will update this policy and tell you here before I do.

How long I keep it

I keep your request and consent record for as long as I need them to follow up with you, to keep required business records, and to show that you consented. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see below), although I may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled business accounts. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so please don't send anything sensitive through the website.

Your choices

• Ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it.
• Stop calls and texts at any time by replying STOP or telling me.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. I will honor valid requests.
